# Integra’s Unique Solution

Integra is creating a full-stack blockchain that combines a robust and trusted base EVM Layer 1, AI-native infrastructure, and a real estate-focused ecosystem.

It delivers the missing components that can finally realize the benefits of an on-chain real estate economy:

* Cosmos SDK with EVM execution layer (Ethermint-derived fork specific fork version in technical appendix), providing a battle-tested yet easy-to-implement network for application developers
* **Asset Passport:** a verifiable on-chain identity for each property (tokenized asset), with due diligence artifacts, compliance metadata, and full transaction history. Asset passports further tackle the trust gap associated with purely digital transactions by bringing in third-party attestors (such as valuation agents, legal) who verify off-chain realities and post them seamlessly into an asset-level source of truth for the entire ecosystem.
* **Agent Passport (ERC-8004 + ERC-6551):** every AI agent gets an on-chain identity, its own wallet (via token-bound accounts), and a staked IRL deposit. Good behavior earns rewards. Bad behavior is slashed. ERC-8004 is an emerging draft standard with early adoption from teams at MetaMask, Google, and Coinbase (24K+ agents registered as of Q1 2026). Principal authorization is enforced via ERC-8118 (Agent Authority Protocol), authored by a team member of Integra, the on-chain standard that answers "who authorized this agent?" The principalOf(address) function resolves any agent to its authorizing principal, making AI accountability verifiable for every transaction. Interface ID: 0x0c74fdbf. Full implementation live at AgentAuth.sol on testnet.
* **iRWA Token Bridge:** The bridge reads any security token standard via deterministic ERC-165 supportsInterface() classification (not ML). The genuine AI component is the compliance normalization layer: reading transfer restrictions, eligibility rules, and jurisdiction mappings from heterogeneous schemas and normalizing them into a unified policy object for the compliance engine. This solves the fragmentation problem: any tokenized real estate asset, from any platform, in any standard, can immediately trade on Integra's marketplace.
* **Global Orderbook:** A unified, on-chain orderbook for iRWA tokens enabling real-time price discovery, liquidity pooling, and seamless secondary market trading. Cross-links siloed front-end venues. Works on a routing architecture : trades may start on Global Orderbook and route to backend regulated trading venues.
* **Trusted Validators:** a curated, rules-based validator set designed to meet regulated real estate workflow requirements while maintaining a transparent, stake-based consensus process.
* **Unified dashboard:** one interface for users to navigate their entire journey, manage portfolio, discover dApps, participate in staking and governance, and communicate with other users.
* **Deep interoperability:** full EVM tooling compatibility, plus IBC for cross-chain liquidity and access to multi-chain DeFi.
* **Native stablecoins:** maintain a strict 1:1 reserve, with all backing assets held in fully compliant, segregated accounts. Reserve assets are held in high-quality liquid assets (short-duration government securities) NOT invested in real estate or any illiquid asset class. Reserves and RE exposure are strictly firewalled. Yield from reserves supports Integra ecosystem incentives. The stablecoin serves as a compliant settlement and pricing asset as well as a flywheel within the Integra ecosystem.
* **AI Safety and Guardrails:** Integra's AI agent layer includes hallucination mitigation through structured output schemas and deterministic compliance checks that override LLM outputs for regulated parameters. Prompt injection protection is enforced at the agent wallet level via ERC-8118 principal authorization, an agent cannot execute actions its principal has not pre-authorized, regardless of instruction source. Human-in-the-loop policies are configurable per agent: owners can require principal co-signature for transactions above defined thresholds. Model governance follows a defined update process with on-chain versioning of agent behavior specifications.
* **Insurance Framework:** Integra's ecosystem participants are expected to carry appropriate insurance coverage as a condition of ecosystem participation. This includes: property and title insurance for tokenized assets (integrated with attestor requirements in the Asset Passport framework), smart contract coverage (Integra's core contracts will carry coverage via a qualified smart contract insurer), E\&O coverage for licensed intermediaries operating on the GOB, and protocol liability coverage for the network itself. Specific carrier relationships are being established in parallel with regulatory approvals. Insurance is not optional in institutional real estate, it is foundational.
* **Dedicated Ecosystem:** Strategic partnerships with tokenization leaders, compliance providers, real estate institutions, and marketplaces. Global distribution platforms to amplify reach and listings.
* **Business-First Chain:** Integra is designed to support production-grade real estate workflows, with value captured through protocol fees, native application revenues, and structured commercial agreements with ecosystem partners.
